Florida's Forgotten Coast Plein Air Invitational is set for May 8-18 and is sure to be the best yet.
Nationally recognized plein air artists are capturing the allure of our area during these 10 days.
Working artists can be found throughout the streets of our historic towns and along our beautiful pristine beaches and waterways stretching from Mexico Beach to Carrabelle.
Everyone is invited to join us for premier art exhibitions and sales. And many of these events take place in Apalachicola.
Daily, from 11am to 5pm, starting May 10-18, visitors can view the latest creations at the Wetroom Exhibit at our Historic Cotton Exchange in downtown Apalachicola.
Other event highlights at the Historic Cotton Exchange include:
May 10: A Wetroom Reveal Gala from 6-8 pm, $10
May 17: The Grand Patron's Party, Wine Tasting/Tapas Style with full bar & music. First opportunity to purchase Artists' Choice Paintings, "The Best in Show" 6:30-10:30pm. $40 ticket, $75 couple.
